We accept returns and will issue a refund or exchange on non-personalized unworn products within 14 days of purchase.

Any claims for shortages, damages or defective merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods by contacting email@example.com
Non-personalized items in good condition (not worn) can be returned for the full amount within 30 days. Personalized products, unless defective, cannot be returned. We can however, move your personalized charms or pendants to another piece of jewelry if you like.
Please understand that personalized items are hand stamped one letter at a time so letters may NOT line up perfectly.
Hand stamping is delicate yet forceful art and for that reason, some letters may not line up 100%. This is what makes each custom piece special and unique. This is NOT considered a defect.
Products must be in original packaging, unused, in new/original condition for returns to be accepted.
Approved returns will be refunded in the same manner in which the purchase was made. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Broken chains, clasps, pendants and bracelets:
Much of our jewelry is delicate. If you break it, it is not warrantied. Whenever possible when we will attempt to repair a broken item free of charge. Also note that jewelry should not be worn in the water. Tap water, chlorinated pool water and salt water are harsh in nature and may damage your jewelry.
