If you would like to pickup your product in person:
During the checkout process select "Local Pickup in Whitby" and you will not be charged for shipping.
We are located at 5 Gerry Ravary Place in Whitby, Ontario.
When your order is ready, you will be emailed a notice with pickup instructions. Please be sure to add info@ContagiousDesignsCanada.com to your Safe Sender list.
Our Pickup hours vary although generally you can pickup your orders 7 days a week from early morning to late evening. Please read your pickup notice carefully and note the current pickup hours.
Shipping:
We currently charge a flat rate of $10.00 for all shipments in Canada. We use Canada Post Expedited Service and we provide a tracking number for all shipments. Since we are based just outside Toronto, Ontario, most shipments in and around the GTA are delivered within 1 to 2 days. Shipments to more rural areas in Ontario may take 2 to 3 days and shipments to provinces other than Ontario are subject to Canada Post's Expedited Shipping Timelines.
